This lawsuit seeks to recover unpaid wages for restaurant servers and bartenders who have worked at the Haute Restaurant & Lounge located in Philadelphia, PA. The servers and bartenders allege that Haute violated the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Pennsylvania Minimum Wage Act by failing to pay its servers and bartenders a minimum wage and failing to inform them that a portion of their tips were being used to satisfy Haute's minimum wage obligations.
