This collective and class action lawsuit sought to recover unpaid overtime wages to employees paid an hourly wage plus additional "OTI Elig Bonus" compensation.  The lawsuit alleged that the Company’s payroll system did not factor “OTI Elig Bonus” payments in calculating the rate at which overtime compensation was calculated for weeks in which employees worked over 40 hours.
