Attention Chili’s Servers: Winebrake & Santillo recently filed a lawsuit on behalf of Servers working at Chili’s restaurants operated by Brinker International, Inc. The lawsuit alleges that the restaurants violated federal and state wage laws by requiring servers to share tips with expediters/expos.
