Attorney Mark Gottesfeld is a skilled litigator who for over the past decade has exclusively represented employees in employment-rights litigation. Mark is passionate about advocating for and protecting the rights of employees in the workplace. Over the past 10 years, he has successfully represented thousands of employees in class and collective action lawsuits throughout the nation. However, Mark in particular takes great pride in pursuing claims on behalf of employees in their individual lawsuit or arbitration. An example of one such case, which went to trial and resulted in a judgment in favor of the employee, was Rivera v. McCoy Corporation, 240 F. Supp. 3d 1150 (D.N.M. 2017). Mark’s success has resulted in his recognition by prominent lawyer-rating service, SuperLawyers, as a “Pennsylvania Rising Star” for the past 6 years.

Mark has been recognized by SuperLawyers as a Pennsylvania Rising Star attorney for 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. This is an honor granted to no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in Pennsylvania. Mark has also been named to Pennsylvania’s “Top 40 under 40” by the National Trial Lawyers Association. Membership into the “Top 40 under 40” is by invitation only and is extended exclusively to an elite group of young attorneys from each state "who exemplify superior qualifications as a civil plaintiff and/or criminal defense trial lawyers."
Education & Background:
Mark Gottesfeld is a 2006 graduate of Lehigh University (magna cum laude) and a 2009 graduate of the inaugural class of Drexel University School of Law (cum laude). At Drexel, Mark served as an editor on the Drexel Law Review. During law school, Mark served as a Judicial Intern to Pennsylvania Superior Court Judge Jack A. Panella. Upon graduation, Mr. Gottesfeld worked at the personal injury law firm of Saltz, Mongeluzzi, Barrett & Bendesky, P.C. in Philadelphia. He joined Winebrake & Santillo in August 2010 and became a non-equity Partner in 2018.
