Read More About the Proposed Changes to the Overtime Salary Threshold


Economic Policy Institute, an organization that we proudly support, recently wrote a very informative article about the possible effects of the proposed overtime salary threshold raise. Last month, the Department of Labor proposed to raise the threshold for salaried exemption from $23,660 per year to $50,440 per year. The raised threshold would help approximately 13.5 million workers receive fair wages for the work that they do.
