This collective action lawsuit seeks to recover unpaid wages for servers and bartenders who worked at the Logan Inn located in New Hope, Pennsylvania. The servers and bartenders allege that the company violated federal and state wage laws by paying them a tipped minimum wage less than $7.25 per hour and requiring that they share their tips with the Bar Manager.
