This class action lawsuit is going forward in the Pennsylvania Common Pleas Court in Philadelphia, PA. The lawsuit seeks to recover unpaid overtime wages for homecare workers employed by All American Home Care, LLC. The workers allege that All American violated Pennsylvania overtime law by failing to pay them full overtime premium compensation for hours worked over 40 per week. It is anticipated that All American will deny violating the law.
