This class action lawsuit seeks to recover unpaid overtime wages for workers at the company’s production and packaging facility located in Easton, Pennsylvania. The lawsuit alleges that the company violated Pennsylvania wage law by failing to pay workers for activities performed before and after the paid shift. Such activities include time associated with certain sanitation activities, putting on protective equipment (PPE), and time spent walking to and from assigned work locations within the facility.
