This class action lawsuit seeks to recover unpaid overtime wages for hourly employees at the company’s Newville, PA facility.  The lawsuit alleges that the company violated Pennsylvania wage law by failing to pay workers for required activities performed before and after the paid shift.  Such activities include time spent walking within the premises of the facility.
