This class action lawsuit seeks to recover unpaid overtime premium wages and impermissible deductions and withholdings from the compensation of delivery drivers for Hub Group Trucking in the State of New Jersey. The delivery drivers allege that the company violated New Jersey law by impermissibly classifying them as non-employee independent contractors.
