Lebanon Farms Disposal, Inc.

SERVING THE GREATER PHILADELPHIA AREA AND BEYOND

This lawsuit seeks unpaid overtime wages on behalf of drivers/loaders employed by a Pennsylvania trash hauling company called Lebanon Farms Disposal, Inc. The lawsuit asserts claims under the federal Fair Labor Standards Act and Pennsylvania Minimum Wage Act. The lawsuit primarily alleges that, in determining overtime pay, Lebanon Farms fails to give the drivers/haulers credit for all of the time they spend performing work related activities. The allegedly unpaid work includes, for example, time spent gassing and inspecting the trucks at the beginning of the shift. The lawsuit also alleges that Lebanon Farms' payment of a "half-time" rate for overtime work is improper. Lebanon Farms denies violating any laws.

This lawsuit is concluded. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or desire any additional information. We would be happy to answer your questions and, if permitted, provide you with additional information.
