This lawsuit seeks to recover unpaid wages for individuals who worked as servers at the Lyndon Diner located in York, PA. The servers allege that the restaurant violated federal and state wage laws by paying them a tipped minimum wage of $2.83 per hour and requiring them to tip-out certain ineligible employees of the restaurant as well as perform excessive side work. The restaurant denies that it violated any laws.
