This lawsuit seeks to recover unpaid wages for call center representatives who worked for Marriott International, Inc. at its Global Reservation Sales and Customer Care Center located in Solon, OH. The workers allege Mariott violated federal and Ohio law by failing to pay phone operators for time spent performing certain start-up activities activities. Marriott denies violating any laws, and the Judge has not decided who will win.
