This class/collective lawsuit has been filed in the federal court in Philadelphia, PA on behalf of Case Managers and Outcome Specialists employed by Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) and its affiliate, Turning Points for Children. Our firm is proud to represent these dedicated employees, who provide services to children and families in Philadelphia's foster care system. Case Managers and Outcome Specialists carry heavy caseloads and work long hours. Unfortunately, they do not receive any extra overtime pay for hours worked over 40 per week.
