This class action lawsuit seeks to recover unpaid overtime wages to employees paid an hourly wage. The lawsuit alleged that the Company’s payroll system did not factor certain bonus payments in calculating the rate at which overtime compensation was calculated for weeks in which employees worked over 40 hours. The lawsuit also asserts that the workers were required to work “off-the-clock” during certain unpaid meal breaks and time spent traveling for the company.
