This class action lawsuit sought to recover unpaid overtime wages for hourly construction employees who worked at the petrochemical facility in Monaca, PA. The lawsuit alleged that the company violated Pennsylvania overtime law by failing to pay the workers for certain activities they performed both before and after their paid shift each day at the facility.
