This class/collective action lawsuit was started in June 2018 and is going forward in the United States District Court in Philadelphia, PA. The lawsuit seeks unpaid overtime wages allegedly owed to certain employees at Trinity Health Corporation’s Regional Health Ministries in New Jersey, Delaware, and Eastern Pennsylvania. Trinity Heath Corporation ("Trinity") is headquartered in Michigan and owns hospitals and health care systems throughout the United States. Many of Trinity's hospitals and health systems are organized into Regional Health Ministries ("RHMs"). This lawsuit covers the following RHMs: Mercy Health System of Southeastern Pennsylvania; Our Lady of Lourdes Health Care Services; Saint Mary Medical Center (Langhorne, PA); Saint Francis Medical Center (Trenton, NJ); and Saint Francis Hospital (Wilmington, DE). The lawsuit covers the time period between June 6, 2015 and July 1, 2017.
