This lawsuit seeks to recover unpaid wages for employees at the Tropicana Casino Resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The workers allege that the Company violated federal wage law by paying them a tipped minimum wage less than $7.25 per hour without satisfying the various notice requirements employers must meet in order to utilize the tip credit, maintained an impermissible clock rounding practice, and miscalculated the overtime premium rate to be paid for hours worked over 40 in a week.
