This class action lawsuit seeks to recover unpaid overtime wages for hourly employees at the company’s distribution centers in New Jersey. The lawsuit alleges that the company violated New Jersey wage and overtime law by failing to pay the workers for certain activities they performed before and after their paid shift each day at the facilities including time associated with the security screening process and walking time within the facilities.
