This class action lawsuit sought to recover unpaid overtime wages for hourly employees at the company’s Pennsylvania warehouses.  The lawsuit alleged that the company violated Pennsylvania overtime law by failing to pay the workers for time spent walking within the warehouses at the beginning and end of the workday.
