SERVING THE GREATER PHILADELPHIA AREA AND BEYOND
This lawsuit seeks to recover unpaid wages for individuals who worked as servers at the Barbuzzo, Jamonera, Little Nonna's and Lolita restaurants located in Philadelphia, PA. The servers allege that up until August 2017, the restaurants violated federal, state, and City wage laws by paying them a tipped minimum wage of $2.83 per hour and requiring them to tip-out silverware polishers and managers. The restaurants deny that they violated any laws.
This lawsuit is concluded. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or desire any additional information. We would be happy to answer your questions and, if permitted, provide you with additional information.
