This class action lawsuit sought to recover unpaid overtime wages for employees at the distribution warehouse located in Pottsville, PA. The lawsuit alleged that the company violated Pennsylvania wage law by failing to pay workers for activities performed before and after the paid shift.  Such activities included time spent walking to and from assigned work locations within the warehouse.
