Fee Per Visit Nurses and Therapists
Fee Per Visit Nurses and Therapists – Wage Violations
Many nurses and therapists are paid a fee per visit basis and do not receive any extra overtime premium pay when they work over 40 hours in a week. However, fee per visit workers can be eligible for extra overtime premium pay if their employer also pays them on an hourly basis for activities such as, for example, training, meetings and general administrative time.
If you have worked as a fee per visit nurse or therapist and also received hourly pay for certain work activities, you may be eligible to make a claim for unpaid wages. If you have any questions about this investigation or would like to discuss a potential claim, please contact us to speak with an attorney for a free and confidential consultation.
