Michelle Tolodziecki
Bio
Michelle Tolodziecki’s work advocating for the rights of employees began as a student in Temple University School of Law’s Social Justice Lawyering Clinic, where she developed educational resources for workers and helped bring her first wage and hour claim on behalf of clients. Since her admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in January 2021, Michelle has exclusively represented workers in disputes against their current or former employers. She has litigated individual and class/collective actions in state and federal court, as well as in arbitration, and has helped recover unpaid wages on behalf of many workers. Michelle is especially proud of her role as one of the attorneys at Winebrake & Santillo who tried a case on behalf of over 400 restaurant servers in the Western District of Pennsylvania that resulted in a jury verdict in their favor.
