Today we participated in a scheduling conference with the Judge overseeing this lawsuit. It is anticipated that he will issue a scheduling order in the coming weeks.

Today we filed a stipulation to conditional certification of the proposed FLSA collective action in this case. Today, the federal Judge overseeing the lawsuit issued an order conditionally certifying a collective in this case under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Notice of this lawsuit will now be sent to potentially covered workers in the coming weeks. The deadline to join the case under the FLSA will be January 19, 2021.
